Bear Habitats and Adapatations
Objective: Students will identify species of bears and the components of their habitat and what they need to survive where they live as well as specific adapataions.
Materials:
-Pictures of three North American bear species
-Three large sheets of paper for each bear
-Construction paper
-Pencils
-Scissors
-Glue
1. Review with students previous days instruction of systems and introduction of habitats.
2. Begin "What Bear Goes Where?" activity in Project Wild Activity Guide Book
3. Assess by reviewing completed activity and student presentation and discussion.
